Melicytus lanceolatus

Narrow leaf or mahoe. Graceful shrub or small tree to 5m. Leaves 3-5 x 10-15cm, yellow green, finely serrate. Tiny, yellow or purplish, bell flowers hang below branches. Female plants produce purple berries relished by native birds.
